Old Cider Press

Lower Tregarne, Nr. Falmouth, Cornwall

Set in a warm, south-facing valley and surrounded by farmland, this newly converted barn, built of honey coloured granite, date from the 17th century.

Recorded in the 14th century, Tregarne farmyard sits below the spring line and was probably the site of ancient Celtic settlements. It lies 2 miles from the coast and the popular Helford River area, and 1 mile from the village of Mawnan Smith. (Falmouth 4 miles).

There are lovely views over a peaceful, wooded valley and fields. From the patio outside, you can watch the sun go down while enjoying a barbeque or an evening drink. Garden seating and barbeque equipment are provided.

There are plenty of local maps, details of local walks etc, in the property.
